Tim Collet

Nine out of ten people breathe wrong.

Most people think it's not them or it's not important. They're wrong on both. One demonstration with me is all it takes to see why.

The pattern

You've probably tried fixing this already.

You bought the Whoop. Started cold plunging. Optimized your sleep. Dialed in your magnesium. Taped your mouth at night. Did the mobility, the sauna, the recovery boots.

None of it has held up, because none of it was the thing.

Breathing isn't sexy. That's probably why you haven't tried it. It doesn't come with an app, a tracker, or a hashtag. It's not what the recovery influencers are pushing.

The body has been quietly working around it the whole time. If everything else hasn't fixed what you're trying to fix, the breath is what's left.

The work

Not what you're picturing.

You've probably got one of two pictures in your head right now.

One is Wim Hof. Cold plunges. Hyperventilation. The breath as theatrics.

The other is the thing you've heard your whole life. Just take a deep breath. It's not that complicated.

Neither is what this is.

This is biomechanical breath coaching. The body is built to move air a specific way, with specific muscles, in a specific sequence. When that mechanic works, everything downstream of it gets easier. When it's broken, everything gets harder than it should be.

Most people are walking around with a broken one and don't know it.

The coach

Athletes don't bring their breath to just anyone.

The German record holder for days in the polka dot jersey of the Tour de France. A judo world champion who carried the Olympic flag. Pro golfers. Pro fighters. A man living with a triple bypass.

Every one of them works with me. I'm not on the recovery podcasts. I don't post reels. I work one body at a time, and most of the people who find me are sent by someone they already trust.

What they all noticed, sooner or later, was that the breath was the layer below the performance ceiling they couldn't otherwise break.

The names

The names speak for themselves.

I'm not the type to lead with the names. I don't build a brand around who I've been photographed with. But the photos exist, and they say what nothing else can. This work travels in serious athletic company.

If this is you

We start with a call.

Before we do any work together, we have a thirty-minute call. No pressure, no script. You tell me what your body's doing. I give you an honest read on whether this work fits your situation. Free. English or German.

Book a call

I don't take everyone. If this isn't the right work for what you're trying to fix, I'll tell you on the call.
